Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway had a strictly decent first day (Friday) at the box office. The film showed decent occupancy all through the day. However, collections could have been better. But again start is decent and if it shows good growth on Saturday, then the film has a chance to do well in the coming days.
MCVN collected 1.25 cr nett BOC approx on Day 1. First Day occupancy reported around 15% approx. Occupancy is low but again considering the film’s face value, it is expected to open with such occupancy. Plus Friday was a normal working day. If the film shows a growth of 50% or more then it will be on track to put up a decent total for the opening weekend.
