Drishyam 2 had an excellent fifth week at the box office. The film showed outstanding trending on weekdays and thus added a very well 3.25 crore nett approx from 5th Monday till 5th Thursday.
Drishyam 2 collected 8.8 crore nett in the fifth week. Drishyam 2 total business at the end of the fifth week is 224.35 crore nett approx. The film will touch the 225 crore nett on the 6th Saturday now. As for the lifetime business it is heading towards a 230 crore nett finish.
Drishyam 2 has emerged as a certified Blockbuster and may continue to collect significantly at a low level in the coming days. If Cirkus fail to attract the necessary audience then direct benefit may go to Drishyam 2 and that will enable it to go past the 230 crore nett mark.
