We are already on the fourth day of the year 2023, yet a bunch of celebrities are posting New Year wishes on their respective social media accounts. Joining the bandwagon, actress Kajol gave a twist to her first Instagram post of the year. On Tuesday, Kajol dropped a carousel post featuring photos of her with her “important ones”.

Speaking of the people featured in the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai actress’s latest social media post, it included her sister Tanishaa Mukerji, husband Ajay Devgn, actor Bobby Deol, and her mother-in-law Veena Devgn among many others. The photos were clicked during the New Year bash. The actress wore a white top paired with beige pants and white sports shoes.
Instagramming the multiple-picture post, the Kabhie Khushi Kabhi Gham actress wrote, “First post of the new year is a recap of the last of the year.. to all my loved ones .. some really important ones aren’t in these pics but they know that I love them.. may blessings abound around to everyone,” followed by a hashtag, which read, “and that’s all folks.” Reacting to the post, Kajol’s sister Tanishaa commented, “u are love my darling!”
Meanwhile, a section of fans took over the comments section by extending new year wishes for Kajol and her family.
Coming to the professional front, the 48-year-old actress was last seen in Salaam Venky, directed by Revathy. The star cast of the film also featured Mardaani 2 fame Vishal Jethwa, along with Aamir Khan in a cameo appearance. It performed poorly at the box office despite creating ample buzz before its release.
However, Kajol is all set to move on from Salaam Venky and its performance at the box office. She has multiple projects in her kitty scheduled to release on various platforms including her debut web series The Good Wife, which is an official remake of a seven-season-long American series.
