Akshay Kumar drops a hilarious selfie with Emraan Hashmi and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Akshay Kumar, ahead of the trailer release, took to Instagram and posted a hilarious photo of himself and Emraan from an event. In the photo, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s poster can be seen in the background as Akshay and Emraan flash their bright smiles as they pose for the camera. Both the actors wore black shirts and Akshay accessorised himself with a chain and black sunglasses. Sharing the photo, Akshay wrote, “When I and @therealemraan tried to match kaale kaale naina with kaale kaale clothes #Selfiee @aishwaryaraibachchan_arb.”
Soon after the selfie was posted, fans started reacting to the picture in the comments section. A fan wrote, “No. 1 selfiee,” while another commented, “POV:- When your dream combo comes true,” another user wrote, “Best selfiee on internet today.” Many dropped hearts and laughing emojis in the comments.
Selfiee is a Hindi remake of Malayalam film Driving License, which featured Prithviraj Sukumaran and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the lead roles. However, replacing them in Hindi version are, Emraan Hashmi and Akshay Kumar. Directed by Raj Mehta, also stars Diana Penty and Nushrratt Bharuccha. The film is slated to release this year. The film is produced by Star Studios in association with Dharma Productions, Prithviraj Productions, Magic Frames and Cape Of Good Films. Produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Aruna Bhatia, Supriya Menon, Karan Johar, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Apoorva Mehta and Listin Stephen, it is directed by Raj Mehta. The film releases in theatres on February 24, 2023.
