An Action Hero reported a big drop on the 1st Monday (4th day) at the box office and thus it is all over for the film. It needed a Monday business which is on par with Friday or even better. But that didn’t happen and it looks like the film will now struggle to even touch the 10 crore nett mark.
An Action Hero collected 80 lakh nett approx on day 4. The drop from Friday is around 40%. Normally a 40% drop on Monday is acceptable but in the case of An Action Hero, it is not as Friday numbers were horrific.
An Action Hero’s total business after four days is 6.75 crore nett approx. The film should touch 8.5-8.75 crore nett by the end of week one. As for lifetime business, the film will touch the 10 crore nett mark but may not add much after that.
