Being the foremost destination for all things entertainment, Bollywood Hungama is kicking off the celebration of 25 years with the maiden edition of Bollywood Hungama Style Icons 2023. Bollywood Hungama has maintained a standard of reportage in terms of celebrities, films, music, lifestyle, television and international content. And now, the first edition of the award show will honour notable names from the entertainment industry who continue to leave an impact in the fashion and lifestyle industries. With only a few weeks left for the award show, the nominations for Most Stylish Breakthrough Talent are out and the five top names that have received nods includes – Avinash Tiwary, Maniesh Paul, Vijay Varma, Babil Khan, Sikandar Kher.

Avinash Tiwary

Starting his career with an Imtiaz Ali film, Avinash Tiwary has now shifted his attention to OTT with his recent performance in Khakee – The Bihar Chapter being much appreciated. While the actor has already showcased his versatility in terms of acting, featuring in hero characters to grey-shaded roles to being a villain, he likes to maintain a cool vibe when it comes to his style. If his looks are anything to go by, Avinash likes to explore trendy and funky fashion, once in a while, that includes co-ords to denim jackets. Although he likes to keep it casual and breezy more often than not, Avinash does try out formal wear and ethnic looks once in a while.

Maniesh Paul

Known for his sense of humour, for Maniesh Paul, his style represents his own fun-loving persona. From bling to velvet, color blocked to print, there is hardly anything that Maniesh hasn’t added to his OOTDs. The image is no different when it comes to his onscreen appearances. His colourful character in Jugjugg Jeeyo inspired his loud Punjabi avatar that included funky jackets and printed tees in the film. Of course, the Dharma production had also given Paul multiple opportunities to explore his ethnic side too. Coming to his real life fashion, like a chameleon, his social media showcases how Paul can blend from one look to the other with ease. It is possibly the reason why he is considered to be one of the most adaptable in terms of fashion.

Vijay Varma

Darlings changed the game for actor Vijay Varma, who was known for his character roles. Apart from bringing his acting prowess in focus, the film also got his personal style to the limelight. The actor has confessed about being a fashion freak and it doesn’t come as a surprise that Vijay puts in effort to maintain his style during photoshoots and public appearances. Furthermore, Varma can be considered as one of the few male celebrities who is unafraid to choose eclectic outfits that grab attention, eccentric prints that are considered ‘unconventional’ and even accessorizes his look well with hats that adds to his sartorial choices.

Babil Khan

His performance in Qala has won hearts of critics and his fashion choices seems to be winning the hearts of Gen Z. His youthful style has been an inspiration and Khan, who wants to make his own identity in terms of acting, is attempting to do the same in terms of fashion. And it seems like he is succeeding. From boho chic to pink blazer, Babil has been making style statements showcasing gender fluidity and how styles and colors don’t belong to a gender. While Babil aims at giving a pathbreaking performance, we wonder if he is attempting to do the same in the world of fashion.

Sikandar Kher

When he made his debut in the industry, Sikander Kher was recognized with his trademark locks but soon the actor decided to opt out of that phase and has maintaining his short hairstyle ever since then. Although for ramps and other professional commitments, Kher is seen sporting casuals to ethnic, his personal style often comprises of semi-formals. Moreover, his love for a pair of denims too can be seen during his appearances at screenings and other outings.
