It is celebration time for Chak De, Chitrashi Rawat as she is getting married to the love of her life, Dhruvaditya Bhagwanani. The couple has been dating for a decade, and finally, they are all set to take their relationship to the next level. Chitrashi and Dhruvaditya knew that they were made for each other, when they had first met on the sets of their film, Premmayee.
Chitrashi Rawat’s wedding festivities begin
On February 2, 2023, Chitrashi and Dhruvaditya’s wedding festivities has begun. The actress shared a picture from their first function. The soon-to-be-married couple looked adorable as they posed for the camera. The bride, Chitrashi donned a blue-hued jacket kurta. On the other hand, her groom looked dapper in a matching blue kurta and sleeveless jacket over it.

The couple looked adorable as they posed for the camera. We can also see the gendha phool decor in the backdrop. Alongside it, Chitrashi revealed how it is the start of a new beginning. She wrote:
“It is the beginning.”
Chitrashi’s love story with Dhruvaditya
Chitrashi and Dhruvaditya wanted to keep their relationship away from the media glares. In an interview with The Times Of India, Chitrashi revealed that they share a chilled-out relationship. They had met on a movie set and had connected instantly. She also revealed that they had never proposed to each other. She was quoted as saying:
“We wanted to keep our relationship private. He is also an actor. It’s a loving and chilled-out relationship and I feel that is possible only when it’s private. We met on a movie set and connected instantly. We didn’t even realise when we fell in love… it was quite organic. Come to think of it, we haven’t proposed to each other officially.”
During the same interview, Chitrashi revealed that they wanted to do a court marriage in Dehradun. However, their families got involved and they told them how marriage happens only once and it is an important affair. She shared that they have decided to keep it an intimate affair with their family and close friends. She had said:
“We had originally wanted to do a court marriage in Dehradun. We had thought ki simple shaadi karenge, paise bachaayenge aur travel karenge. However, our families got involved, and it was all about yeh sab ek hi baar hoti hai. So, here we are now! Dhruv and I are not looking at it as a wedding affair, but a celebration of our relationship with our families and closest friends.”
Chitrashi’s career so far
Chitrashi made her acting debut with Shah Rukh Khan starrer, Chak De in 2007. Her character, ‘Komal Chautala’ had won hearts instantly. However, not many know that Chitrashi is a Hockey player in real life. She started playing the sport at the age of seventeen. The actress also played an important role in the 2008 film, Fashion and received a lot of love.
