Drishyam 2 had an excellent third week at the box office. Film reported a minimal drop again on the 3rd Thursday (day 21) and thus ended the week on a strong note. The film should again do well in week four and should have a free run till the big release of Avatar 2.
Drishyam 2 collected 1.85 crore nett approx on day 21. Thus, film registered a nominal drop of 10-15% from the previous day. The film collected a huge 32.8 crore nett approx in week three. Film total business thus stands at 196.2 crore nett mark.
Drishyam 2 will touch the 200 cr NBOC mark on the 4th Saturday. The film should put up an excellent fourth-weekend number with a big growth on the 4th Saturday and 4th Sunday. The lifetime business of Drishyam 2 is heading towards the 225 crore nett mark at this point. If the film stands its own against the like of Avatar 2 then it can even touch the 230 crore nett mark or even go beyond that.
