Shah Rukh Khan will be returning to the big screen after four long years and it is truly a special moment for his fans who can’t wait to catch a glimpse of him in the action entertainer Pathaan. The actor is currently in Dubai where he will not be promoting his film by screening its trailer at the Burj Khalifa, but he also attended the DP International World League T20. Before taking off on this spree, SRK hosted his famous #AskSRK session with his fans, where he interacted with him and responded to their fun questions.
From Fauji to Pathaan: Shah Rukh Khan turns ‘emotional’ after a fan dedicates a post showcasing the superstar through the years
In the recently held #AskSRK session, one of the fans dedicated a special tribute to Shah Rukh Khan where he also posted a photo from the actor’s Fauji days. Fans of the superstar may recall that SRK started his journey with acting from a theatre, he progressed to television, eventually achieving his dream of featuring in Bollywood films. Circus and Fauji were supposedly some of the most popular TV shows of Shah Rukh Khan in the late 80s and early 90s before he entered the film industry. The latest tribute showcased SRK in his Fauji avatar aka as a military soldier, later in Main Hoon Na, in which he played the role of an army officer and the last one in Pathaan, in which he plays the role of a spy.

Needless to say, the tribute not only left Khan nostalgic about his early days in the industry but also emotional. Responding to the post, he said, “Oh wow hadn’t seen these in years. Always an emotional moment to do this salute!”
Talking about Pathaan, the film will also see Shah Rukh reunite with Deepika Padukone for the fourth time with her playing the role of a spy soldier too. On the other hand, John Abraham is expected to play the role of an antagonist. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film is a part of YRF’s ambitious spy universe and is slated to release on January 25 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
