Jamie Foxx remains hospitalized, undergoes several tests following medical complication

Hollywood actor Jamie Foxx remains in the hospital following last week’s medical complication. The actor has undergone several tests to determine the cause of a health emergency due to which he was rushed to the hospital on April 11.

According to a report in CNN, a source said, “They are running tests and still trying to figure out what exactly happened.” Several reports reveal the actor is in a Georgia medical facility, following the “medical complication” which was revealed by his daughter Corinne Foxx.

Last week, Corinne let the fans know about her father’s health. “We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday,” she wrote in the statement. “Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time.”

Jamie Foxx was last seen in Atlanta where he was shooting for his upcoming Netflix movie Back in Action, alongside Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close. The incident did not take place on the set of the movie. While the shoot was shut down for a day, it resumed the next day with Foxx’s stand-in.
