It is not just their homes that boasts of a beautiful décor, but Bollywood superstars are also known to own luxurious vanity vans. From Alia Bhatt to Deepika Padukone, many actresses in the past have spoken about the palatial vanity vans that they own. Vanity vans businessman Ketan Raval, who owns about 65 of these vehicles, that are used by some big names in the industry, opened up about the luxurious vanity van owned by Kangana Ranaut.

In an interview with Dainik Bhaskar, Ketan Raval revealed that the vanity van owned by the Queen actress reflects elements inspired by her own residence, in order to give her a homely feel, no matter where she is shooting. He said, “Kangana wanted a traditional look (for her vanity van). She wanted the van to be designed on the similar lines as her house. She has sofas with carvings, her chairs are all made of original wood. Our priority was to make her feel at home in the vanity van. Kangana even picked the company for the jet spray used in her vanity van. It took around Rs 65 lakh to customise my van for Kangana.”

During the promotions of her film Rangoon, Kangana Ranaut had opened up about the need of vanity vans and how she was shooting in remote locations where she faced several challenges because of lack of toilets and amenities.

The actress, who had brought about the concept of vanity vans in Bollywood, Poonam Dhillon too had voiced out these difficulties in an Instagram post. In 2021, Dhillon had taken to social media to talk about issues like how actresses would find it difficult to fulfil their basic requirements for shooting, like changing clothes. She had posted photos from the inauguration ceremony of the first vanity van that she had got in tinsel town.
