Yes, you read that right. We are talking about a certain Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor Khan-starrer, i.e, 3 Idiots.
It’s not yet clear if the 2009 film—directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s production house, Vinod Chopra Productions—is indeed getting a sequel, but Kareena’s post did hint at it. Scroll ahead to take a look at her post.

In the video, which features a clip of R. Madhavan, Aamir Khan and Sharman Joshi, Kareena can be heard saying, “This press conference ka clip that is going around is from that secret that these three are keeping from us. Like something is fishy, and please don’t say this is Sharman’s movie promotion. I think they are gunning for a sequel but only these three. Like how can… without me? I don’t think even Boman knows about this. (sic)”
Earlier in February, the three actors had reunited to promote Sharman Joshi’s Congratulations, a Gujarati-language drama, directed by Rehan Chaudhary. Here’s a clip from the promotions:

Released in 2009, 3 Idiots attained massive popularity days after its release, owing to its subject matter that dealt with students and the pressure society creates for them to excel. The film, a coming-of-age comedy drama, also highlighted how such pressure impacts the mental health of students.
Other than the aforementioned leads, 3 Idiots also starred Boman Irani, Ali Fazal, Mona Singh, Jaaved Jaaferi and Omi Vaidya in pivotal roles. It will be interesting to see how the makers treat the story if a sequel is indeed in the making.
