Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon recently bumped into Shahid Kapoor on a flight. Expressing her delight over meeting Shahid, Kriti shared a selfie featuring the duo. In the image, Kriti and Shahid can be seen posing with ear-to-ear smiles. The duo can be seen twinning in black attire.

Instagramming the photo, the Heropanti actress wrote, “KS & SK,” followed by a heart emoticon. She also tagged the official Instagram handle of Shahid. Shortly after she posted the photo, it managed to grab the attention of many of her followers on the photo-video-sharing platform.
“Cutiiessss,” wrote a fan while another commented, “I always wanted you two to work together.” Another comment read, “Can’t wait to know more about the film! Sounds so cool.”
For the unversed, reportedly, Kriti and Shahid are all set to team up for an upcoming Bollywood project backed by Dinesh Vijan. The forthcoming film is said to be an off-beat love story of a man and machine, in which Kriti will play a robot, who Shahid falls in love with. Several media reports have speculated that the yet-to-be-titled movie will also feature Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia, who will reunite after 31 years.
However, it is worth mentioning that neither the stars nor the makers have made an official announcement of the same.
Coming to their respective professional front, Kriti was last seen in Bhediya while Shahid’s last theatre release was Jersey. Both films were released in 2022 and performed poorly at the box office. Kriti has a bunch of films in her kitty including Ganapath. On the other hand, Shahid will be next seen in Ali Abbas Zafar’s upcoming directorial film, which is tentatively titled Bloody Daddy. The film will be released on the OTT platform.
