Collecting a whopping Rs. 330.35 cr in its first week, the business of Pathaan has overshadowed the collections of her other releases. In fact, Pathaan which has emerged as Deepika Padukone’s highest opening week grosser has surpassed her previous releases like Padmaavat which collected Rs. 166.50 cr, Happy New Year which collected Rs. 157.57 cr, Chennai Express which collected Rs. 156.70 cr, and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani which collected Rs. 107.61 cr amongst others.
Currently, Pathaan continues its winning streak at both the domestic and international box office. In fact, based on current trends, trade estimates that the business of Pathaan will continue its march at the box office. It will come as no surprise if the business of the film sees a further spurt in collections over its second weekend running.
