The Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan starrer Project K has been garnering ample attention owing to its extensive star cast and intriguing storyline of a post-apocalyptic world. Along with that, the makers of the pan-India film also have been finding new ways to keep the audience engaged. Like, earlier this year they began a series called ‘From Skratch’ where they released videos of the process that goes behind making important elements of the film. And recently, they unveiled the second episode of this series.
Project K: Makers release the second part of ‘From Scratch’ series; gives us a glimpse into ‘The Raiders’
On April 10, in the early hours of Monday afternoon, Vyjayanthi Movies released the second episode in their ‘From Skratch’ series, Assembling The Raiders, where the team is seen working on the costumes of the raiders who are the army of the villain in the film. Taking to social media Vyjayanthi Movies wrote, “Who are the raiders? ‘From Skratch Ep 2: Assembling The Raiders’ #Projectk @actorprabhas @amitabhbachchan @deepikapadukone @nag_ashwin @musicsanthosh @vyjayanthimovies”. In the video, we can also see the team discussing the design and showing the audience what goes behind bringing to life a sci-fi universe. It is also being revealed that it is said to be one of the most expensive parts of the film.
A source close to the production house, “Director Nag Ashwin took special care of the script and wanted to ensure that the movie is being made with world-class production standards. They are keen on taking this movie to another level in terms of technology. Celebrating 50 memorable years, Vyjayanthi Movies is keen on celebrating this movie as their golden jubilee project.”
With Ashwini Dutt as the producer, Project K is directed by Nag Ashwin. The sci-fi film will feature Prabhas and Deepika Padukone as the leads with Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani in a never-seen-before avatars. The film is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu.
