The team of RRR is celebrating their massive win. Following a blockbuster run in India, RRR grew in terms of becoming a massive sensation in international territories. The film’s song ‘Naatu Naatu’ won the Best Original Score category. Music composer M.M. Keeravani accepted the award as the team cheered for him. Meanwhile, it already has Oscars 2023 buzz as the film was submitted for 15 categories and has been shortlisted for Best Original Score for the song at the 95th Academy Awards.
RRR star Ram Charan says he and Jr. NTR would dance to ‘Naatu Naatu’ 17 times if they bag an Oscar for the song
In an interview for the NBP podcast, when Ram Charan was asked if he would dance to ‘Naatu Naatu’ on Oscars 2023 stage with Jr. NTR if the song is nominated. The actor replied, “Of course, if they are going to give us an award, why not. We will do it 17 times back again.”
Composed by veteran music director MM Keeravaani and penned by Kala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj, the Telugu super hit ‘Naatu Naatu’ features Ram Charan and Jr. NTR dancing to this foot-tapping tune. The song has bagged a Golden Globe after competing against some big names including Taylor Swift’s ‘Carolina’, Lady Gaga’s ‘Hold My Hand’ and ‘Lift Me Up’ performed by Rihanna.
RRR’s ‘Naatu Naatu’ has been shortlisted for Best Original Song for Academy Awards 2023. The team of RRR is in Los Angeles for the Oscars campaign. They recently hosted a special screening for the members of the Academy.
