The Shah Rukh Khan fandom is currently experiencing a new high with the grand success of Pathaan. Bollywood buffs may be aware that the film did record-breaking business at the box office and has created history in the world of Hindi films. The action entertainer marked the comeback of the superstar on the big screen and the fans of him couldn’t get enough of it. When he recently landed in Chennai to meet his Jawan co-star Nayanthara, the situation turned chaotic as fans rushed towards him despite heavy security, to meet him and click photographs.

Shah Rukh Khan landed in Chennai during the weekend to meet Nayanthara, who will be seen as his leading lady in the upcoming Atlee entertainer Jawan. The superstar, reportedly, visited her apartment in the city to meet her, her husband Vignesh Shivan and their new-born twins. Videos of his meet-up found its way on social media as the Chennai fanclubs of the superstar shared it on Twitter. Obviously, considering the massive fan following of SRK, the videos also went viral. It features how neighbours and residents of Nayanthara’s building crowded around the superstar to catch a glimpse of him and even clicked photos and selfies with him.

Another video features him bidding adieu to Nayanthara as he warmly kissed her on the cheek before saying ‘goodbye’. Shah Rukh Khan was also seen blowing flying kisses to his fans who had surrounded his vehicle before saying ‘bye’ to everyone.

Interestingly Shah Rukh Khan had also attended the intimate but lavish wedding of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan in Tamil Nadu last year.

Talking about Jawan, the film is expected to be the superstar’s one-of-a-kind collaboration with the South film industry. The film also stars Vijay Sethupathi as an antagonist along with Yogi Babu, Sanya Malhotra, and other actors playing supporting characters. Reports have it that the film will also feature Thalapathy Vijay in a cameo. The film is expected to release on June 3, 2023.
