2022 was an eventful year for the Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, on the professional as well as personal front. From expanding her clothing brand to the release of her production banner’s first film to getting married and embracing motherhood; Alia was constantly in the headlines. Today, on March 15, the actress has turned a year older and once again the internet is flooded with birthday wishes for the Student Of The Year actress. Besides netizens and her fan clubs, Alia’s elder sister and author Shaheen Bhatt also wished her but with a quirky twist.

On Wednesday eve, Bhatt dedicated two posts to her actress-sister. The first one featured an unseen photo of Alia. While in the first post, Alia can be seen with a grumpy face, in the second photo, the Bhatt sisters can be seen having fun together. Shaheen and Alia posed with ear-to-ear smiles for the second click. “30 years of this face,” captioned Shaheen in the first post. Reacting to the same, Alia commented, “Hahahahahahahahahahahah.”
On the other hand, in the second post’s caption, the author wrote, “30 years of these faces. / Happy Birthday best friend. / Couldn’t do a second of this journey without you – there is no Tanna without Aloo.” In no time, both posts managed to grab the attention of fans as they flooded the comments section with red-heart emoticons.
Earlier in the day, Alia’s mother-in-law and actress Neetu Kapoor had also uploaded a gorgeous photo of the birthday girl. Captioning the photo, in which Alia was sporting black off shoulder gown, Neetu wrote “Happy Birthday BAHURANI (crown emoji) only love n more love”.
Coming to the professional front, the 30-year-old actress recently wrapped up shooting a song for Karan Johar’s upcoming directorial, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The film is slated to release on July 28 this year.
