Stray Kids to make comeback with 5-STAR on June 2; watch album trailer

South Korean pop band Stray Kids will be releasing a new album 5-STAR on June 2 at 1 p.m. KST, 8 months after their last mini album MAXIDENT. The pop band announced their much-awaited comeback date along with a mesmerizing trailer for their album.

According to the Korean tabloid Soompi, on April 24, JYP Entertainment confirmed the reports of the group’s comeback stating, “Stray Kids is preparing to make a comeback in early June. The exact date will be revealed later on.”

Previously in March, reports confirmed the group had wrapped up filming their latest music video and was gearing up for an April comeback. JYP Entertainment later clarified that the comeback schedule had not been confirmed.

The band has already achieved triple million seller status with their previous album MAXIDENT and a successful world concert tour. Within a month of its release, MAXIDENT broke the record of ‘Triple Million Seller’ with 3 million sales of copies.

Stray Kids is a Korean pop band formed by JYP Entertainment through the 2017 reality show of the same name. The group is composed of eight members namely Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N.
