In July 2022, he became a member of the Samajwadi Party in presence of Abu Asim Azmi and Raees Shaikh. He is now the president of Samajwadi Party Yuvjan Sabha of Maharashtra and Mumbai. Swara Bhasker is known as an avid commentator on the social and political milieu of the nation. She has been a student of political science.
