Recently, the makers of the movie unveiled two new promos that showcase the intelligence officers’ sharp wits and thrilling psyche, further fuelling the audience’s excitement for the much-awaited film.

In the newly released promos of IB 71, the audience gets a glimpse of Vidyut Jammwal’s character as an IB officer. The promos exhibit Vidyut’s character as an intelligent and cunning individual who effortlessly outsmarts his opponents with his sharp intellect and impressive stealth game, thus proving to be a formidable opponent for them. The promos depict how Vidyut’s character stays a few steps ahead of his enemies, showcasing his skills and abilities as an IB officer.
Vidyut Jammwal took to Instagram and shared a clip. He captioned, “checkmate move: Where IB’s intelligence defeated the enemy.
India’s Top Secret Mission #IB71 in cinemas this Friday.”
Director Sankalp Reddy said, “We’re excited for audience to witness how Intelligence operates. Playing a spy isn’t just about jumping off buildings and engaging in high-octane action sequences. It’s about cracking the mind of a spy, understanding what makes them tick and what drives them to do what they do. It’s about diving deep into the psychology of espionage, and that was the reason we decided to opt for such unique promos of IB 71.”
IB 71 stars Vidyut Jammwal, Anupam Kher and Vishal Jethwa in pivotal roles and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Action Hero Films and Reliance Entertainment. Produced by Vidyut Jammwal & Abbas Sayyed, co-produced by Aditya Shastri, Aditya Chowksey and Shiv Chanana. The film is directed by national award winner Sankalp Reddy with the story by Aditya Shastri and the screenplay by Storyhouse Films LLP. The film is slated for a theatrical release on May 12, 2023.
