Will Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man be helping Ant Man to defeat Kang The Conqueror?
While every Marvel fan shed a tear as they said goodbye to one of their favorite superheroes, an exciting new fan poster for the upcoming fifth instalment Avengers: The Kang Dynasty has rekindled the hope of seeing Iron Man as the mighty Avenger once again in the franchise.
Shared on Instagram by artist agtdesign, the fan poster features Iron Man face-off against the MCU’s next big baddie, Kang The Conqueror. “So, you’re the famous Stark?,” the caption reads, conceptualizing Kang’s first words to Robert Downey Jr’s Tony Stark.
Kang will make his first appearance as the ultimate villain in the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, facing off against another fellow Avenger, Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man.
As the poster reimagines, and something we fans can only wish to see, what if Iron Man turns up as a saviour for Ant-Man and help him defeat MCU’s – touted to be the most treacherous villain – Kang?
While we can only speculate on how the epic showdown in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty will unfold, one thing is for sure that the film will see one of the greatest multiversal battles between Earth’s mighty Avengers and Kang the Conqueror.
The fifth instalment of the Avengers will hit the big screens in May 2025. Meanwhile, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will arrive on February 17, 2023.
