South Korean singer/actor Lee Jun Young has officially joined the star cast of the upcoming drama series You Did Good (working title) starring IU & Park Bo Gum.

According to the Korean tabloid Allkpop, You Did Good is a period piece set on Jeju island. Ae Soon (IU) and Kwan Sik (Park Bo Gum) are two youths born on the island in the 1950’s who live, love, and thrive with all their might even in the most difficult times.

Lee Jun Young recently attended a script reading for the drama. IU will star as rebellious and positive Ae Soon who gets nervous every time she rebels. Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum will portray the role of an introvert Gwan Shik, an extremely diligent character. He is a silent warrior who loves Ae Soon from the very beginning.

The upcoming drama will be written by writer Im Sang Choon who previously wrote Fight for My Way and When the Camellia Blooms. It will be directed by My Mister director Kim Won Seok.
