Zara Hatke Zara Bachke has taken a slow start on the morning shows of Friday as samples are coming in. The slow start is very much on the cards as ground-level buzz is not that huge. The start would have been even worse if there hadn’t been any corporate bookings. Corporate booking is the main difference between an ordinary opening and an average opening.
ZHZB opens with 13-15% occupancy in the morning shows of Day 1. When we consider the face value of the film then the opening is ok. However, occupancy could have been better considering it is released on 2200 screens approx.
There will be growth as the day progresses for sure. Hopefully, the growth will be good and not limited. The film will also depend on ground-level word of mouth. If that is on the positive side then audiences will throng to theaters as they are in thirst for good Bollywood movies.
The start suggests the film is on track to collect 4-5 cr nett on the first day. That will be an average start to its box office campaign. Ideally, the film needs an opening of 6-8 cr nett range, and for that film needs a significant jump in the latter half of the day.
