In a proud moment for India, global powerhouse and Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone is set to be one of the presenters at the 95th Academy Awards. The Oscars 2023 will be held on March 12 in the US. With this feat, DP has added another feather to her hat after representing India at Cannes 2022 as one of the jury members.

DP joins the likes of Emily Blunt, Samuel L Jackson, Jennifer Connelly, Dwayne Johnson, Riz Ahmed, Michael B Jordan, Janelle Monae, Zoe Saldana and Melissa McCarthy, among other prominent Hollywood figures, in doing the honours of presenting an award at the Oscars. The world will be watching as the most prestigious awards ceremony takes place in the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and DP has once again given all Indians a great moment of pride.

The actress shared the news on her social media accounts on Thursday. Along with the post, Deepika wrote, “#oscars#oscars95.” Reacting to the post, Deepika’s husband, actor Ranveer Singh, dropped a couple of emojis in the comment section. Fans also showered “Deepu” with lots of love and praise.
