The highly anticipated project Leo, which marks the second collaboration of popular star Thalapathy Vijay and renowned director Lokesh Kanagaraj, has already started rolling in Kashmir. The Leo team started shooting in Kashmir at the beginning of 2023. Amid the ongoing shooting of Leo, there was a small celebration on the sets as Lokesh turned a year older on March 14. Since the afternoon of Tuesday, fans went wild on social media after Lokesh dropped a fresh still featuring him with Vijay.

Speaking of the photo, Vijay has arms around the director and the two seem to be in a conversation. Giving it a short yet sweet caption, the birthday boy wrote, “Thanx a lot  @actorvijay na for everything,” followed by a red-heart emoticon. As mentioned earlier, in no time, Twitterati started flooding the comments section with their reactions. A section of them extended warm birthday wishes.

Meanwhile, Sanjay Dutt, who recently joined them, also shared a post for Lokesh. In his note, Sanjay called Lokesh as his son and family. Along with a picture, Dutt wrote, “Happy birthday my brother, son, family @Dir_Lokesh. May God give you more success, peace, happiness and wealth. I am always with you for life, stay blessed. Love you (sic).”

For the unversed, Sanjay Dutt will be portraying the antagonist in the upcoming Vijay starrer. It will mark his Tamil debut. Touted to be a gangster film with high action, the film will also star Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Arjun, and Priya Anand among others.
