Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has one of the most loyal fan bases in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and it seems that some of Kollywood’s biggest names are also part of the team’s fandom. Director Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara were spotted cheering for MS Dhoni, who is leading the CSK team, during their match against Mumbai Indians on Saturday night. CSK won the match by 6 wickets.

The couple, who are known for their PDA on social media, looked comfortable and relaxed while enjoying the match. While Vignesh donned a round-neck yellow t-shirt, Nayan looked gorgeous in a white shirt with minimal makeup. Not only this, but Vignesh also took to his verified social media handle and shared photos with fans. Captioning one of the post, Shivan wrote, “a sweet evening with #YenLove & the #YelloveArmy.”

Speaking of the match, CSK won by 6 wickets.

Coming to the professional front, Vignesh is currently gearing up for his upcoming directorial venture, Wikki 6. Meanwhile, Nayanthara was last seen in Connect. The actress will be soon gracing the big screens with Shah Rukh Khan in their first collaboration Jawan.

Helmed by renowned director Atlee Kumar, Jawan is slated to release on September 7 this year. Besides Shah Rukh and Nayanthara, the flick will also feature Vijay Sethupathi in a negative role. It was earlier scheduled to release in June, however, the makers confirmed Jawan’s September release yesterday, that is May 6, along with a captivating teaser.
