According to the Korean tabloid Soompi, Caution, Hazardous Wife remake tells the story of a former spy who decides to reinvent herself and live a quiet life after being betrayed by a senior she deeply trusted.

The outlet further sheds light on the plot saying, “She marries a man and moves to an upscale neighborhood, but as someone who despises injustice and can’t turn a blind eye to evil people, she’s now determined to rescue the housewives around her after learning about their various crises.”

Confirming the reports of casting offer to Chae Soo Bin, a representative from her agency King Kong by Starship stated, “Actress Chae Soo Bin has received an offer to star in Caution, Hazardous Wife, and is reviewing the offer.”

As the report states, Chae Soo Bin has reportedly received an offer to play Nami Isayama. Currently, the actress stars in the play Shakespeare in Love as William Shakespeare’s love interest Viola de Lesseps.
