Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is heading towards a decent First Day (Friday) at the box office as early trends are coming in. The film is faring better in B and C centers in comparison to Metros and the big cities. Occupancy in metros is low and below the mark. However, the story is a bit different in interiors where occupancy is decent to good and that is fantastic considering it is the Pre-Eid period.

KKBKKJ opened to 15% occupancy in the morning shows of Day 1. The film reported limited growth in the noon and registered 15-20% occupancy. The film did show some significant jump from evening onwards and as per the latest reporting 25-30% occupancy. Overall occupancy for the day is around 20% approx. It could be more than that as the film is doing better in interiors and major reports from those places are awaited at this moment.

KBKJ will be easily one of the lowest openings of Salman Khan in the last decade or so. This is on expected lines as the film’s trailer received mixed reports. Even the novelty factor of the director of the film is poor. However, with the Eid holiday still to come, collections may shoot up big time.

As per the early estimates, KBKJ First Day Box Office Collection is heading towards 12 (+/-) cr nett approx. These are early estimates from limited samples and the final count for the day may vary. If interior reports are better than expected and the film does better in night shows then collections may push towards the 13-14 cr nett mark also.

The opening of the film is strictly decent and in an ideal case it should have opened around 15-17 cr NBOC at least. However, there is nothing going for the film apart from Salman Khan’s name. The film can still push the weekend collections towards a good level with a big growth on Saturday and Sunday.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Friday (Day 1) Box Office Collection – 12 cr nett approx as per the estimates
